Keep things moving—literally
We’re on the lookout for a skilled loader driver to play a key role in our Northland Debarking operations. You’ll be behind the wheel of a log loader for most of your shift, feeding our debarking machine and helping to keep the site running safely and efficiently.

Alongside driving, you’ll help with general maintenance and operational support—but loader work is your main game. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in doing a job well, and are keen to work with a small, hardworking team—you’ll fit right in.

What you'll be doing
• Driving the loader to feed logs into the debarker
• Clearing bark and by-products to keep the site tidy and safe
• Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance (greasing, cleaning)
• Helping with minor repairs or troubleshooting when needed
• Supporting general plant operations as required

What we’re looking for
• Loader driving experience (pivot loader experience a bonus)
• Class 2 Driver’s Licence required
• WTR and forklift licence are great to have
• Basic mechanical knowledge and a safety-first mindset
• Team player with a proactive attitude and reliable work ethic
