Ready to own the night shift?
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive Debarking Operations Assistant to operate our debarking machine on the night shift. If you're someone who enjoys working independently, with clear communication skills to collaborate with loader drivers, we want you on our team!

You’ll be the key to ensuring our debarking plant runs smoothly during the night, keeping operations running efficiently while communicating with the team to meet productivity targets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating the debarking machine for the full 10-hour shift
• Keeping communication strong with loader drivers to optimise efficiency
• Ensuring plant performance and minimal downtime
• Using basic computer systems to input and monitor data
• Keeping a close eye on safety and quality throughout the shift

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience operating machinery (preferably debarking plant)
• Basic computer skills for data entry and monitoring
• Strong communication skills, especially with remote teams
• A Class 2 licence is advantageous, but not required
• A safety-first approach to all tasks and operations
