About the Role
Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career in maritime operations? Eastland Port is looking for a Marine Operator to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, doesn’t shy away from routine tasks, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Starting as a Deckhand, you’ll support vessel operations and contribute to the maintenance and efficient running of our fleet and port facilities. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to train as a Relief Launch Master, taking the next step in your maritime career. Whether it’s labouring, tackling routine maintenance tasks, or working on the water, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

- Has prior work experience, with time spent working at sea being a distinct advantage.
- Is physically fit, enjoys practical, hands-on work, and doesn’t mind routine or repetitive tasks.
- Works well in a team and is eager to take on challenges.
- Is dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
